I was wondering if the PCM can be tuned for lets say tune for motor and then with the tow/haul switch for nitrous???..using HPTuners.

The Tow/Haul Button only changes Transmission Parameters.. Nothing to do with the Engine.

Why do you want to shift manually if the computer can shift faster and better than you? Just tune it so that it shifts a whatever rpm or speed you want.

no its tranny parameters ONLY but you could do like a street and race tranny tune

smooth shifts onthe street and rock hard shifts onthe race track

What you could do, if you're running a 99-02 PCM, is install EFI Live custom operating system 5, which allows you to have a nitrous mode with a switch that you wire into one of the unused PCM pins.
