my buddy is having some problems as of lately..started as a tiny noise, now it sounds like the thing is gonna fall apart..i pulled the passenger side valve cover, adn all but one of the rocker arms are lose..im thinking that is whats making the noise..how tight should the rocker arms be? snug but not overly tight? any help would be great..thanks

 

never mind...i pulled the belt and its either the ALT or the power steering pump..which is good new i guess lol
