Timing drops after 5k rpm's.
#1
I don't know what it's causing the timing drop I get over 5,000 rpm's.
I got a 2010 5.3 with a trick 76mm on 15 lb's, boost cam, and 3inch down pipe with a magnaflow. Ok well I've try to many things and i can't get no timing on top. After 5,000 rpm's timing drops to 0*. What can it be? I though it was because the cyl air mass go over 1.36 g/cyl after 5k, but i search around and anything going over 1.36 g/cyl The 1.36 row will take over that.
I remember back then when i was running 8 lb's of boost and straight pipe I was getting 8 to 10 degrees of timing good, it jump at higher rpm's. Now with more boost and boost cam and i add a muffler my timing drops aver 5k.
Heres a log and tune.
Could't upload the tune, it failed it to up load.
