Yes!! Stay away from a Texas Speed Tune! If you can have RHXTuning in Roswell New Mexico tune it for you!

Don't do it. They need to stick to building blocks. I'm about write a review on them. An extremely frustrating situation that involved me losing money on their errors.

I hear a lot of good things about pcm of nc and black bear performance. Personally, I've learned that a mail order is just a way to get your vehicle going . Dyno tune is the way to go if you can.

I feel very similar. However I think that a track/road tune is the way to go.

Just because the dyno says you have xxx hp and yyy ft-lbs that doesn't necessarily translate to better performance on the street or track. You have to tune it for how you drive it.

Max numbers are nice to brag about, but sacrificing power in the rpm range you spend 90% of your time in to increase your max is useless.

It comes down to a lot of playing around to get it perfect. Lots of logs, dyno time track and road time.

All that said...just buy HP tuners and tune it yourself. Its not that hard to learn, and there's lots of info on their forum. Even others tunes in the repository, which will give you a good starting point

I agree with Jordan now that I think about it. I have been tuning my truck for a month now. Read a lot FIRST. Learn to use the scanner. It's really fun if you like learning.
