I have no taillights, no running lights, and no gauge or interior lights. Is the head light switch need replacing?

 

Replaced the headlight switch and that didnt seem to be the problem. Still have no tail lights. The lights that flicker when you lock the door do not work and still no dash instrumentation lights. Interior lights work like the dome and push button lights.

There is no power to the "illum" fuse on the side panel.

Not sure where to turn to now.
