When I Was Installins My Programmer It Told Me To Disconnect My Onstar, What I Want To Now Is That If I Can Connect It Back After Insalling The Programer.

Yes, at least that's how the HPP3 works too. Disconnect the OnStar fuse, run handheld and then reinstall fuse.
Sometimes OnStar may attempt to communicate with your PCM and if that occured during program install may cause a problem.
