You might want to consider getting Autocal from Justin. I would think he locks his tune so the next tuner wont have access to your computer.

how do you know if your computer is locked? ive had over 20 computers sent back and forth from justin and i also had my friend download the tune to his computer so he could look at it. so is locked?

Only the cable is locked not the actual PCM.

Actually, that's incorrect. A tuner-locked PCM cannot be recalibrated with a different cable than the one it was locked with.

Justin doesn't lock his tunes.

My understanding is the the auto cal cable's are registered to the tuner or shop that sells it to you. Only they can send you tunes to upload into your PCM through that cable. The PCM how ever should be unlocked since he does not generally lock them.
