Default Stability Sys Disabled

I just got done putting a stock drivetrain in my Tahoe. Everything works great except that I get a message "Stability Sys Disables" in the message center as soon as I turn the key on and the TC light stays on. I had a friend hook up a Solus scanner and he found a code or two but I don't have them on me. One of them said something like BCM not programmed or something like that. I have a feeling it might be a ground. I'll get the codes if I can this afternoon and post them up but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. I am trying to get this truck tip top to sell it so I need to work this out.

I remember ancountering this another time when I experimented with some of the TCC torque management values in the tune. Any time I changed them at all I would get this same message so I reflashed the stock file back in and started over. Stability Sys Disabled message is gone. I hate admitting this but didn't want to leave the thread up unresolved.
