Something about 4l80e segment swap will not support readiness tests?

Having a hell of a time here guys.
I've been running a 2002 OS 2500 HD 6.0/4l80e tune for a while with no problems whatsoever. However, to pass emissions you need a OBDII test, and within that it a requirement to pass the readiness test. I went and took it and the o2 sensor heater, catalytic converters, EVAP, EGR all came up "unsupported."
All the settings in the DTC/MIL are correct to allow these tests to run properly.
I thought maybe the 2002 OS had something to do with it. I tried a 2500 HD 6.0/4l80e on the 2000 OS and got the same thing, unsupported.
Then I tried a 2000 OS starting with a 4.8/60e tune and doing segment swaps to the 6.0/4l80e. Same result.
On the next try I was messing around with my fueling since the truck idles like **** on the 2000 OS compared to the 02, and I accidentally loaded in a 60e segment. Fired it up and sure enough all components were "not ready"....meaning the tests will run. Anyways, at that time I didn't even realize I had the 60e tune in there, and I went out on the street to drive it...let's just say the 80 doesn't run worth **** on the 60 tune
So I don't know what's going on, but there must be something inherent to the 80e segment that doesn't allow the tests to run? Is it maybe because the 2500s didn't have emissions testing back in the day, hence cats and all that being "unsupported"? As far as I know, the 80e never came in a 1500.
Can anyone with an 80e swap run a readiness test and tell me what their results are?
Thanks for reading.

80e was available in Express 1500 vans I think.
As far as passing the OBDII test, my truck passes just fine and everything I have removed (ie cats egr etc) is set to "Not Reported" in the tune.

yes, everything's as close to stock as possible, with the exception of the cam tuning.
BTW, I got it to work. I reloaded the same exact 2000 6.0/4l80e tune that I tried earlier (which came up "not supported") and lo and behold this time it's good to go. Makes no sense whatsoever. I actually tried loading the tune I used earlier (2000 6.0/4l60e) which gave a good readiness test and this time it said "not supported." I have no explanation for this. Joecar on the EFI live forums did tell me via PM however that the 99/00 trucks are very finicky and sometimes do weird things when running 2002 PCMs.
