Default softening DFCO enable

I was playing around with the DFCO settings yesterday, apparently it has never worked on my truck.. Anyways i got it working but when it enables it is very noticeable, almost like someone put on the brakes.... Is there anyway to soften it or make it less noticeable when it engages? Ramp in rate or would raising the commanded timing help? Currently my ramp in rate is 0.07 and timing is 5*....

thanks in advance...

I can't find in HP Tuners. I don't know, but seems to be the same as what sucks about our rev limiter, when the fuel is cut off, it is cut off.

Make the threshold to engage at a higher MAP. If you are pulling a lot of vacuum when it engages, it will be very noticeable since the braking effect is greatest.

Personally Corey I've never seen a noticeable difference having it enabled other than the severe "braking" effect. I disabled mine and never looked back. When you go off throttle and back onto the throttle I never liked the jerk or lash that the DFCO caused. It's much easier on your drivetrain to leave it disabled.
