Default should i be able to break my tires loose?

Well I got my HPtuners and started messing around shift speed and transmission and engine torque management. I believe that I have removed all torque management, but I still can't break the tires loose. My truck is a 2003 2wd 4.8l rcsb with 3.42 gears and an eaton trutrac. I can definitely tell a difference with the tune im currently running, but I still can't break the tires loose. I'm not real worried about spinning tires, but it is fun. I'm just wondering if I should be able to light the tires up. I would appreciate any input. Thanks!

No, I would not worry about it. When I had my 5.3 with a tune, muffer, 4.11s and a true trac, it would not break loose from a dead stop. I even had 235/70/16s. I acctually beat quite a few people with that setup. Tires really affect traction. I could blow my old tires off untill 75 with that setup. Old tires were bald toyo proxies II 275/60/16.
