Shifting questions??

I have my tranny shifting hard and quick. But when at WOT it seems like the shift wants to drag out more and not snap as much. When not at WOT it shifts very firm and snaps very hard. What could this be??

My guesses would be slip, torque management or shift time.

Shift time is at .200. TM is gone. It doesn't really feel like slip, but it could be I guess.
