Default Shift positions vs. tables in HP Tuner

I have D, M and Tow/haul settings. What table in HPTuner controls each of these. Normal, A and B. Along with Tap up/Tap down tables.

I've noticed that the Tap up/Tap down doesn't seem to follow actual transmission shifting in M. For example the table indicates no lock up in 5th or 6th yet it does in M. Must follow a different table. My screen shot shows 6th as an example.
