ses light but no code
#11
Have you had a custom tune or pcm swap done recently? That will usually give you the Crank Variation code...if so, you'll need a crank variation re-learn done. Or you could possibly have a problem with the crank sensor or the ring on the crankshaft that the sensor picks up. I wonder if the blown fuses would cause those codes??

i had a retune and like 3 weeks later it threw the ses light. so a couple weeks later i went to have it checked and couldnt because of blown fuses, so i fixed that and a week or so later got them checked again and found the codes. do you think the sensor could have blown those fuses, i wouldnt think so, but i have seen some weird stuff on a vehicle. i think it might just be that the pcm doesnt like my truck lol

I doubt that the sensor blew those fuses...it would have to be a direct short, and I doubt that those fuses protect that sensor's ciruit. Probably and EFI fuse or something that would blow first. I wonder if the SES light is a direct effect of the fuses being blown?
