Here are some more logs, I fixed two out of range tables that I thought would help. It didn't.

No, but I think I have narrowed it down to the custom OS I flashed having errors, or something tun/pcm related. My mechanical stuff seems fine. Still working on it...

I have a new and improved VE, correctly scaled injectors, and fresh gas. Still same knock.

From my messing around with the PCM, any time you go to WOT, the PCM unlocks the converter... I asked the EFI guys how we can lock it and get it to stay locked at WOT, and they said right now we can't. I believe they were going to look into for a possible update, but since I haven't exactly needed it in the past year, I didn't keep up with developments.

Henry, have you checked to make sure the radix heat exchanger is working (or verified that your IATs are still normal)?

Also, this was kind of sudden onset, and is extremely repeatable, have you checked for loose exhaust? I know that sounds silly, but I helped a guy try to track down knock for months that turned out to be a header rubbing against the frame

I hate admitting it, but that is one of the reasons I took some sensitivity from from my knock sensors. My driver's side rubs bad.

Yes the IATs are normal, the IC pump is working. I pulled the exhaust apart a while ago and checked the cats for damage/melting. Everything looks good and is tight. The muffler can hit the frame, but all the knock that I am getting is audible. I haven't scaled back the sensitivity because I think it is correct the way it is, even with 8* of timing being pulled out I still have audible detonation at 4* total advance(out of boost). Something isn't right with this picture, I think I will try to put the stock OS back in, then -re-try the 2bar OS. I would like to try a different 2bar OS, do you know how I can tell which will work? Anything 1 meg?

I think this is a great way to eliminate most everything else. IF the stock tune cures the problem then you know the SD tune is the culprit.
