yesterday i was trying to start up my lm programmer for my lc-1 and it just will not read that it's there. my lc-1 is working correctly for sure but, i wanted to fine tune it. i called innovate and they told me that it was because of the radioshack serial/usb adapter???? so, i went and bought a belkin serial/usb adapter and the damn hardware wont load up to my computer. what serial/usb adapters are yall using on VISTA? or any ideas of getting this damn thing to work? also, why in the hell are people still producing serial ports for tuning hardware when almost every damn laptop dont have the connection for it???? makes no sense

 

get rid of Vista, and put XP on there . . .

 

i got the belkin adapter to work. and yeah im prolly gonna get rid of vista.
