I did some playing around today with the spark dwell. I added 2.2ms to the scale on everything below 6. So now the dwell is running in the upper 6.8's. The difference is huge, I can spinn my tires for a few feet now off the line. I have the timing upped to 35*@WOT and getting no KR. I was getting 1-2* KR with 28* timing before.
Also I was getting 2-4* KR just running around town and sometimes on the highway. It just kinda came and went. Now with the added dwell I get none at all. Its freaking sweet. The 7* more timing also with no KR feels much faster at WOT.

LOL no I'm still stuck up in Maine. It gets up to a whopping 75* here once in awhile. If I was back in Texas I would be filling up with E85, and I could still run crazy timing. I can feel the difference, especaily off the line. I wonder if I can get at least into the mid 15's in this beast.

basicaly its how long the coil is charged. The higher charge=higher spark. With a hotter/longer spark there is less chance of it blowing out or detinating. The better spark also makes better TQ.
