Default Repinning pcm

Aye guys! I'm swapping a vortec 355 into my 90 Silverado with a 305. I was told to get a pcm out of a 95 Tahoe and convert the 90 harness into the 95 pcm. Is it that easy!? If so is there a diagram available so I can pin it correctly. Thanks!

Really need help on this. Searches come up with conflicting results. Also can I run with my stock TBI of do I need the 454 TBI? Anyone who's done this please chime in.

You can buy a subscription to all data give you full access to schematics trouble trees dtc codes everything. In my opinion we use it at the shop and it's better than some of our OEM reference materials sometimes. Also remember you need to go to a heated 3 wire 02 for the 95 pcm. I use a 95 350 truck 02 and a heated 02 conversion harness from racetronix on the ones I've done.

Sorry but what's a heated 3 wire 02? Is it short for 02 sensor? And will the stock TBI be enough?

Yes heated oxygen sensor. You need to find a 350 throttle body and it will be fine. My memory's getting rusty but I vaguely remember the 350's have bigger injectors but other than that identical throttle body.

I'm watching a couple on eBay. I also was thinking the injectors could be changed in my current throttle body to match the 350's.
