Default Removing my Cats

Im wanting to remove my converters from my exhaust on my TBSS. Will it effect how it runs if its removed from the exhaust negatively?

why do you want to remove them, are you dome kind of gross polluter???

lol, no really? No gains to be made without tuning at the least and then I doubt too much of one at that.

I'd only do it if you've got some pretty decent mods, or you're just wanting it to be louder.

harder to pass inspections, if you have them in your area.

I think 15 hp is the most you'll gain unless your boosted to hell then you might get 25.

Just don't do that in the Peoples Republic of California. They'll nail you to the wall. Remember Jesus?

flowmasters suck try anything without baffles, cut the muffler off and run it like that

what motor do you have? with a 5.3 you will never get good loud sound, just crappy loud sound

i have 3" pipe with a 12" glasspack dumped out in front of right rear tire, it sounded good with a 5.3 but with a 6.0 it screams, i will be getting bigger muffler soon to hush it down

haha.. yea I feel sorry for ya out there. Im just looking to pic up some additional loudness with out messing up how it runs normally. The Flowmaster sounds amazing on the 6.0 for the TBSSs and Ive received plenty of comments but I cant hardly hear it as much as Id like to lol!
