Default reduced engine power on electric draw??

I have an 05 ecsb with a 6.0 swap. Have 20k and 1 year on the swap and it started Going into rep. About 2 months ago the battery was getting tired and finally gave up so I installed a new battery. About a month ago it started going into rep. I can make it go into rep by stressing the electronics.( Holding the window switches up when the windows are closed, heat on full blast, ect.) It doesn't do it when wiggling the tb connector or grounds on the back of the motor. Although the one on the right seems slightly lose on the motor connection. It'll also do it with the key on engine off.

I changed out the foot pedal assembly and that wasn't it. Before I buy a tb harness and new tb I'm just seeing if this sounds like an alternator to anyone... it's probably a broken wire somewhere but the fact that I can make it go into rep at will makes me wonder... give me your thoughts

The TAC module and all engine sensors are all spliced to that possibly loose ground wire. I would confirm that it is not broken inside the insulation near the terminal. A voltage drop to the TAC module will cause it to reboot resulting in a temporary loss of communication with the PCM. What codes are being set?
