Tuning software you are running?
The newest AEM wideband is pretty nice, works with HP Tuner very well. Has it's own ODB2 cable now too for can-bus output.

Also for the most part about all of the $150-250 widebands on the market all use the same exact Bosch 4.9LSU sensor so one can't really say that one is going to worlds better than the other. It comes down to what the gauge looks like type of thing more often.

That's neat.
I use the older AEM WB - digital one. It works well with the MPVI Pro interface, no issues, not buggy.
I also have an Innovate LM2. It's a bit more special (buggy).
My vote is for the AEM.

I like my PLX - has a voltage output that interfaced with the egr input on my pcm - a little patience and searching showed that you can set up math parameters for it to read AFR in HPTuners.
It also uses a multi gauge - I'll let you know how that works when I install the oil temp sensor I just got. Pretty nifty how you can multiplex different gauges into one multi gauge.
