Question about fly by wire ????????
On the fly by wire throttle body, who's in control of the throttle plate me or the computer? In other words, when I open the throttle all the way?, is it open all the way or is there a case where the computer thinks it doesn't need to be open that far?

If you have TM still enabled, then the PCM can close the throttle on you even if you have your foot down all the way.
So technically you both have control but the PCM has more power than you....unless you have it tuned out.
