i have all the stuff to do the e fan swap but am wondering if i do it, will i have to emediately go get it tuned for the fans? will the fans kick on and cool or will they not work at all? if not, im going to just leave the clutch fan on until im ready to get it tuned..

 

No they won't. You have to enable the parameters in the tune.

 

Would it be ok to just run a toggle switch temporarily?

 

mine are on ignition switch both of them are on high, keeps cool just fine

 

ill probably do something like that for temporary use. i want to run my a/c still and wont the fans to kick on and off when needed. but what you did is probably what ill do for now. thanks for the suggestion.
