Default Purchased a Whipple for my 2016 RCSB...

I just bought a Whipple for my 2016 RCSB Silverado with a 5.3. the Whipple has the 4.375" pulley, truck is basically all stock, besides removing the factory muffler.
I was wondering if it would be a good idea to run the tune from the HP tuners repository for the whipple, or is there somewhere else I should look?
I do have HP tuners, I'm just curious if there was somewhere I should check, as the tune on the website appears to be a couple years old.
I'm fortunate enough to live by Zip Performance, and Tuned by Frost, if I need to get a custom tune, so that's cool, scheduling is a pain in the butt though. I'd appreciate any help! Thanks guys.

Do you know what you're looking at while data logging? If not I probably wouldn't screw with it.

Repository tunes should be for reference only, you know what if it's right or wrong for you.

If you don't know much about the torque based controllers your truck uses I wouldn't mess with it at all.

I'll have to force myself to become more familiar with the software, or I'll just have it tuned for me. I was able to start with a base tune and tweak things on the road when I had various Audis, I suppose I can do the same here as well.

Put on the lowest boost pulley you can find (like 3psi) while you learn to limit the possibility of causing damage.

Why chance f'ing it up lol just have one of the pro's you mentioned do it and then learn from there to tweak it. These DI's are expensive!

It's only money! It currently has a 4.375 pulley, so it's not doing too much. The tune supplied by whipple is for 91 octane, and we have 93 available here, so there is a bit of a buffer there too. I also used the factory airbox, like Whipple suggested, although I would like a little more noise. I'm just going to wait a bit and drive like a old man until I'm 100% comfortable with it, then maybe take it in for a custom tune.

The noise, being noise, can be annoying sometimes.

I was able to get in touch with Whipple, and they were very helpful. They took my stock tune, modified it, and I was able to use it for my truck. So far, it's been great. I use the little handheld tuner to watch my knock retard and fuel trims, and so far, my long and short term fuel trims are all 1.00% or less. That was a little surprising to me with a off the shelf tune. As far as knock is concerned, It usually stays at 0.0. I occasionally get 2-3* of retard, but that never occurs during WOT. It looks like it's pretty safe, so I'm happy for now.
