Problems with new 408

Well i finally got out to the house and swapped out a TB and TAC form the same modle and year truck and I still got the reduced power and no pedal input. So I checked for power at the pink wire going into the TAC and that was good, no power with key off and power with key on.....works as advertised. So I guess this means its time to follow wires. I would guess that some of the wires coming off of the TB plug must run to the TAC so I can trace all those to check for a short, couldn't you just shoot ohms?

Have you checked ground G104??? Its on the back of the drivers side head at the bolt hole next to the intake valley, kinda by the oil pressure switch. But yeah you can test wires by ohmming them out usually.

Fixed this damn pig, now I have to make sure everything is ok and its time to put some miles on the new 408! We had a pinched wire under the fuse block from the TAC. Thanks for all the help guys, just have to call gomer now.
