Default Problems after LT, E-fans, tune install

So after installing e fans, nelson tune, pacesetter long tube and ory install i am having some issues. Had some misfiring issues so I instLled some new plugs and o2 sensors it seemed to go away but now after driving about 100 miles the misfiring and now some knock has come back. Getting the code p0300 intermittently and then it goes out. Engine has some miles on it but has pretty much just been a commuter, 100 miles round trip 5 days a week. So do you fellas have any ideas? Thanks for looking.

what kind of fuel are you running. Did you go back and make sure none of the wires came loose?

Quite often the problem is plug wires cracking from the heat. Did you put header socks on those touching or close to headers? Also, have re-programed the PCM for the header change?

Yeah the pcm was reflashed for the setup, and i just changed the plugs again to the iridium tr55's. Truck runs great but my aeroforce is saying that cyl #4 is misfiring intermittenly.

Sounds like you cracked the spark plug. Swap that plug with another cylinder and see what happens.

Right. Change the Wires and see what happens. If it's 1 cylinder than it has to be a plug or wire dude.
