Back in '05 when I bought my truck, I decided to get a handheld programmer so I could quickly go back to the stock tune if needed. Did some research on all hand held tuners back then and found the Predator to be the best because it supposedly turn off torque management and allowed you to adjust WOT Fuel, WOT Spark, Injector Slope, delete rear O2s and all the other stuff a hand held programmer can do. It seemed to do go and i WAS satisfied until Friday night. A truck with basically the same mods as mine but was tuned with HP tuners and he still had the stock torque coverter ran .1 sec and 3mph faster than me. On Saturday we did a data log of a WOT run with HP Tuners and found that my truck went from 100% throttle position to 40% throttle and pulled a good bit of timing at shift points. So the Predator's claim of turning off Torque Management isn't really turning it off. Needless to say, in 2 weeks when I'm on vacation, I'm going to remove the predator tune, tune it with HP Tuners on a dyno. The predator is going on ebay.
I plan to post dyno results as is with the predator then after tuned with HP Tuners.

The last few time I've went to the track I've consistantly ran in the 14.90s. Once I get rid of this predator and tuned with HP Tuners if I run 14.89999999 I'll be happy.
