Honestly sounds like a lean spot. Depending on the dyno used to tune the truck it may have not been able to accurately hit the corresponding cell in which you are experiencing the stumble/popping. I always Finish my tune with a long road tune for that reason.

I'd bet that it's not getting into power enrichment at that throttle position...

I'm not saying you shouldn't trust your tuner. I'm saying you may be hitting cells at part throttle that he didn't dial in on the dyno. A simple cruise with your tuner will probably cure the issue within 5 minutes.

Thanks for all the help guys. Here is a little bit better video of my issues. The shop is so busy and he does awesome builds like 1,000hp+ stuff I figure my little old 460hp build would be a cake walk. I was on hold for 30 minutes today before I gave up and hung up. Contacted the tuner on his personal facebook which he hates but I am running out of options and don't want to keep throwing money at it. It's already been like this for about 3 months should I be worried? I try and not to make it do it just every once in a while to see if it's still there. I don't want to burn up a valve.

1.Spark Plugs gapped to .025
2. Header Temperature 1" from heads on each pipe
3.Inspect Rockers
4.Inspect Springs
5. Test Coils (how would I go about that)
Plugs were gapped correctly checked all of them anyways
Header temps with 600-650 of driver side and 550 on passenger side
The other things I still need to check

The dyno was a dynojet

To me it did seem worse in the winters and in the mornings in the Pacific Northwest of Washington State. Which is why I thought it was the tune in the first place but was told to replace plugs and wires

most likely, dyno tuning is not a substitute for street tuning. I’ve seen many dyno tunes drive like *** on the street because someone didn’t put in the time.

He did say he did a drivability tune that was the first thing I asked when I got it back because it was a daily driver? Should I worry about anything happening from this issue that you know of?
