Default PLX problem

Hey guys, i got my PLX last summer and i have been very happy so far but i just recently had my first problem. my gauge just stopped working all together. i thought it was probably a bad ground, New England winters can ruin any exposed ground contacts, but i just checked all the wires and everything looks good. The control unit is getting good power but according to my volt meter it looks like i'm not getting any power to the gauge. it is supposed to output 3.3V but all i see is .05V with the truck running. any ideas? i hope it didn't just **** the bed these little things are pricey.

Did you participate in my GP over on LS1tech on these units?
Call 408.745.7591 tomorrow, its PLX's tech support.
They can troubleshoot it for you, I havent heard of this happening before.
Def. Keep us updated.

Mine stayed at 14.6 for 6 months .when i called ,they wouldnt warrantee it ,because if u bought it at a certain time it omly had a 6 month warrantee after january o8 they had a 1 yr.loophole like that any way.thats alot of money to not be warranteed because of loophole .Although they would look at it and fix it for a fee.

i haven't checked for power to the sensor but dint think it is really necessary for the gauge to power up and at least read something. if there was no power going to the sensor i would think the unit would just read 0 volts and show a lean condition but i'm not sure. thanks for the number Derek i will give them a call as soon as i get home from visiting family this weekend so no answers untill probably tuesday. thanks for the help.
