Default PLEASE Help Bleeding abs Brakes

Im sure this is a topic thats been touched on quite a few times, ive actually found quite a bit of info by searching the forums, BUT i want to know what scan tool is recomended and what is the process i need to go through once i have the scan tool in hand to get my brakes completely bled... i have bleed the brakes from longest to shortest line, i still have no brakes untill the pedal touches the floor, and then its not much brake at all anyway... ive been on this brake job with no transportation for 3 weeks... replaced EVERY line all 4 rotors and pads....
id really appreciate some help on this subject as i really dont want to take it to the shop because i dont have a scan tool, im willing to buy the tool, i just dont know what one works, and i dont know the process i have to go through to get this doen, if ALL of this info has been covered in another post, please link me, delete this post and disregard.

IF YOU PERSONALLY HAVE NOT SEARCHED AND FOUND ALL OF THE INFORMATION I AM ASKING FOR PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO "SEARCH" AS I HAVE SEARCHED AND THAT IS WHY I AM POSTING thank you for your consideraton in this matter

You need a tech II to cycle the ABS pump. Im not sure if any other scanning software can do it. Or you could find a dirt road, get up to about 20 and slam on the brakes. that should activate the ABS and cycle the pump. Then rebleed the brake line. Make sure you keep a close eye on the reservoir and dont let it get below half full.

I say 20 because your brakes are barely working now. You dont need the pump to work hard. Just enough to cycle to get the air bubbles out of the system.

If this wasn't done then you most likely damaged the new master cylinder.

As mentioned you will need a factory Tech 2 or an aftermarket scan tool that supports that capability.
