Ok guys ive been searching and searching but nothing is working, 99 silvy,power options..I disconnected my battery to do some work,hooked it back up and now my factory alarm isnt working right

So with doors close I hit the keyfob lock.doors lock dash chimes twice and lights flash twice,hit the lock again to arm the alarm and the truck lights up the lights then the horn is just.going off and lights flashing. If I get in the truck close door,hit the door lock switch,doors lock dash chimes once,lights flash twice,hit the door lock button again,horn goes off in alarm..with door open if I hit the keyless lock the locks lock and dash chimes twice,hit the unlock the door unlocks and dash chimes twice.

Ive done the relearn of the keyfob and it did nothing
ive tryed re disconnecting the battery and hooking it back up with no prevail

The alarm/keyless has always worked perfect,and the battery has been disconnected before without a problem.

I disconnected the battery to remove the Tranny and install a stall converter now I have this rediculous issue lol..im soo aggravated

All set,pulled the Tbs fuse that supplys three bcm power,put it back in and its all set

 

did you ever try to lock the doors from the inside,and unlock it from the outside with the key? Or Lock and unlock it at the door with the key,and then turn the iginition?
