should be-able to change gear ratios with efilive I would think?
If not you could send me your ECM and I'll change the gear ratio with HPTuners.

Its simple to do w/ EFILive. Just open EFILive Tune, click speedo, and fill in the blanks.

Very easy. Like Blown02sierra said, open the speedometer tab, then parameters. Adjust your gear ratio, and it will pre-fill the shift point adjust box for you, just make sure you press the "Adjust" button.
