I'm interested as well... where does the sensor go and do you have a part #?

If your truck is an 03 like your sig show than you already have that sensor. They started putting them in 03. Its on the passenger side by the frame. It should be a three wire sensor.

It's easy it's controlled the same way a camaro is. The easiest route is to flash the pcm for a 2002 camaro.

Use the liquid line from the compressor to the condensor for a 03 up fullsize truck this adds the 3 wire pressure switch.

Wire the sensor to the pcm as per camaro diagram and once flashed as a camaro the dual fan speed outputs for the relays are active as well as the control tables for ac pressure and ECT VS desired fan speed.

The above method is how I set up my 6.0 in my sonoma and it works flawlessly. using 1220411 pcm

If you have eflive live you just need to do system segment swap from o2 Chevy camaro but there are some side effects. The side effects are the trans temp gauges and the shifter indicator doesn't work in the gauge cluster. The best way is to use tunner cat and change the a/c type in the tune and then flash it to a pcm and then download from the pcm with eflive. I will post up my tune and you can do a system segment swap into your tune using eflive.

Did you get it to work?

I watched mine today on the way Home and sittin in traffic for 20 min my coolant never reached their cut on point. But my fans on low kept the coolant under 204 and the ac was cool ha.
Fans wont go off till the speed gets above 35mph thats in the tune, or i turn the AC off.

Yes I got the fans working with the a/c pressure sensor. Lets put this way I can get truck vent temp down to 25* and that at 65mph on the freeway with the blower motor on low. I need to ajust fans a little bit because i think the fans are staying on low will driving down the road. With truck sitting in traffic I keep the vent at 40* with fans on low or fans on high in the 20s. This with outside temp at 95*. I've been playing settings to see where I like vent temp at.
