I would like to know how you have your wired. The only way I've seen them wired is off the a/c clutch signal. +03 truck have this a/c pressure sensor wire-up to help control the fans when a/c on. I also know the 02 f-bodys control the fans the same way too. I be wire up the a/c pressire sensor this weekend so we will find out if it works.

This is what I've been using for the last year and its worked great. ]
Have you hooked up your a/c gauges to see if this true statement? I seen my higher than 325 and the fans not kick up to high.

Yes I have. When I first installed the fans the settings I used weren't right and it was cycling the fans on and off with the high pressure switch. I think I was using F body settings and I had to modify them to what I have now. By setting G0903 to 50 degrees it made it so that anytime it has an AC request signal and the engine coolant temp is above 50 degrees.

I had '05 efans hooked with a Nelson harness up on my '02 5.3 and I've never heard of any of this. Why are y'all making it sound so difficult?

I have pins 33 and 42 hooked up. When the coolant is above 50* and the AC is on, fan 1 is triggered which runs both fans on low.
Im still trying to figure out what your doin? wiring in a AC pressure switch?

I had a Nelson efan wire harness for 2-1/2 year. There wire diagram shows the fans wired of the a/c clatch signal unless they changed over the years. This is not difficult I'm just tring to do something different.

I have my fans wired the same way. For one I'm not wiring in a pressure switch. I'm wiring in pressure sensor. The pressure sensor will be able to read the high side pressure so i can turn the fans on at any psi when the a/c running.

It works, it just doesn't work right. The fans won't be controlled right for the AC unless you set G0903 to something low like 50 degrees. Otherwise you have fans that cycle on and off with the 325 psi high pressure switch. This is not the best thing for the longevity of the AC compressor let alone AC performance. Mine froze my frijoles off today and it felt damn good.
