PCM colors?

PCM colors?
I purchased a 35k mile engine out of a truck and the junkyard gave me a harness and computer with it.. I assume its from the same truck but I'm not sure now because it is blue and green. Every harness I've seen is red and blue and I have a friend that put a 6.0 in his car and had a harness modified.. so I copied his and he has wires that I dont even have.. I am going to have a blue/red harness modified for the ls1 and Im not even sure I can use this green/blue computer. Any help would be great thansk!
