Default Passenger side A/C blowing warm with dual CC????????

I have an 04 Z71 Tahoe with dual CC (non-digital controls) and even when the settings are all the way on cold, it blows warm on that side but ice cold on drivers side. Does this have something to do with the blending doors? Can someone give me some help?! Thanks in advance!

May need to have the blend doors calibrated. This can be done with a Tech2. On occasion actuators fail or the pivot pins on the doors break.

Not saying this could not be your problem, but I changed the control head unit on my wife's minivan to fix the same problem. Pretty cheap (Ebay) and easy fix.

I have a buddies truck that will stop cooling all together until you turn the truck off and back on. I am thinking it is the controller also. His is an 05 with electric controls.
