It don't have Jack **** to do with your headlights staying on.

I was thinking the same thing but with the DMM back pined from the pink wire in the TAC I can see the voltage jump when the lights turn on and drop when they go off

Does the pink wire voltage behave the same with the Headlight relays pulled out? Not sure why the lights would affect the TAC module power. Did you try running a fresh ground wire to the TAC module?

yeah the pink wire does the same ill try running a ground tonight.
