Default P0405 & P0332 after 80e swap

P0405 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit Low

P0332 - Knock Sensor 2 Circuit Low Input (Bank 2)

This appeared right after my 4l80e swap, thinking I pinched the wires. Seeing if anyone knows if it is in the same harness as knock sensors.

on the 2002 the EGR splits off the passenger side of the last injector in the front.. but then again a 2002 with EGR? I thought they stopped that in 2000 or 2001?

Knock sensors are split off with the MAP i think, up on top but follows the driver side of the engine.. if you pinched that wire you have problems..
But the wires from that connector loop behind the intake manifold, it is possible to pinch it behind the cam and oil pressure sensors.

That's what I was thinking but why the code still!? I'm just going to check voltage to the sensors, if voltage is there then it has to be sensors themselves, I just dont see how they would go like that.

Why would I have to replace them If it never had the codes before the swap? It sounds to me more of a wiring problem. Its not map I'm having trouble with, it's EGR. Thanks to the both of you for help.

I had a reflash for the 80e programming so maybe they loaded the wrong tune for a truck with EGR?
