P0171 and P0174 Codes After Fuel Injector Install

Default P0171 and P0174 Codes After Fuel Injector Install
After installing a set of direct fit injectors today codes P0171 and P0174 came up. The injectors are direct fit and the AFR on the wideband is pretty close. I have contacted my tuner and sent him some logs through HP Tuners.

Has anyone had this issue? I'm guesing it's a simple tuning fix!
