Default P0155/02 questions

I did a search and did not find the answer I was looking for. I added long Tube headers and y pipe back in December. I recently added a trans and did the final tune on the truck. Now I'm throwing a P0155 code. I swapped the o2 sensor out and for a day It was fine no light. This AM the light was back on.I have read the o2 heater is not getting hot enough fast enough and its throwing the code. So what is a fix for this with out turning the sensor off? or replacing the 02 ever other day. I'm guessing this 2 day old sensor is still good to use?

any thoughts on a fix would be great. it was in the 60's this am.

Is there a wiring diagram to convert the vet o2's to the trucks?
