P0054 and P0060

P0054 and P0060
Where would you guys start the investigating? Truck has 96,200 miles and I've read O2 sensors are usually replaced around 100k, true? With codes P0054 and P0060, I'm wanting to know where I should start looking first. Visually the fuses look okay, but I will test them when the rain stops. Just looking for some help and advice please. Thank you...

Bump...
Unplugged both bank 1 and bank 2 sensor 2's and the truck starts and runs without dying. Also the vents only blow hot air out even when climate control is at it's coolest. When the sensors are plugged back in, the truck starts and dies.
Thoughts? Replace both o2's?
