Default Can someone help with these codes?

We checked it with an AutoXray and this came up:
Pending Codes:
P0054 HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P3001 Manufacturer Specific Powertrain Trouble Code

Freeze Codes:
P0054 HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

I did the crank relearn saturday and also cleared a code that came up for an 02 sensor. The 02 sensor was disconnected and then when my light came up I reconnected it and then I still had the crank relearn to do. Saturday I got it done and all was well. Monday I did some g-tech times and all was still well till I got home. My check engine light came on. So I took it in today and this is what I was told. I dont understand why those codes would be going off?

The first code is for the driver's side rear O2 sensor, the second is a cylinder 1 misfire code.

THIS MAN HAS THAT ONE RIGHT.....EASY FIX TO, JUST REMEMBER TO CHANGE IT WHEN ITS COOLED DOWN.

IM NOT SURE BUT I THINK THE P3001 IS A MISFIRE CODE, WHICH BASICALLY THE COMPUTER TELLS THE ENGINE TO MISFIRE....SHOULD JUST BE ABLE TO RESET THAT CODE AND WILL RETURN TO NORMAL.....

I called the dealer and they also told me it was cylinder 1 misfire. Maybe they read it wrong also cause he kept saying "301" and I thought that was a short way of him saying "3001".

The 02 sensor deal is with my tune. Jesse says the dealer reset the rear 02s when I did my crank relearn. They should have been shut off since I got the tune cause I have no cats.
