well recently my scanguage has been cutting on and off. i thought it was the guage till i connected an acutron diognostic scanner to it and it kept loosing connection.

please help anyone got any idea.

seems like some days it will work fine then all of a sudden it just starts turning on then off over and over again.

any suggestions.

 

My Aeroforce gauge is having problems too. Works fine on every other vehicle I've put it in except for mine.

 

yeah its the OBD II Connection i know its gotta be. anyone got any ideas

Is this problem consistent with your cigarette lighter? Maybe the fuse is bad. Try changing the fuse even if it doesn't look blown.

 

^agreed my truck did the same thing, i was freakin out b.c of it...check the fuse, mabey still replace it with how cheap fuses are and see if it works, its worth a shot ya know?

 

I've replaced the fuses. Cig lighter never acted up

 

yeah i have done the same thing Cig lighter stays consistant.

also just noticed today the temp/heading display on the mirror is shutting off now as well. is this connected.
