Normal efan operation?
#21
I pulled the black one and started the truck and hit the ac. the one fan came on high! But I know that wont solve my issue. Im going to email blackbear and see what they say. If I can do it manually the harness is working. I think the computer is doing something screwy.

The pin that turned Fan #2 on high. plut it in to the pin 33.
Pin that turned on fans low, plug it into pin 42
If the AC turns on fans on low, your good
if Temp turns on Fans low, your good
if ac is on and the temps are up to the setting, both fans are on high, your good.

Mine work like this with a factory harness and fuse box out of an HD truck:
AC turns both fans on low
Temp turns both fans on low
If temp and ac is triggered, both fans run on high.
Mine never triggers a single fan to run by itself. When they are triggered, both come on together whether it's high speed or low.

Hmm maybe they are working correctly. I guess its not hot enough to trigger both fans. The temp will turn the fans on but if I turn on the ac they stay on low. Ill have to try it when it's hotter outside.
