OK I just got my exhaust completely redone-went mandrel 2.5" all around,Pacesetter Lt's,cut the ctas, and dual in/dual out single Magnaflow. I got P0171(fuel trim system lean bank 1) and P0200(injector control circuit). We scanned it last night and my biuddy is almost positive the p0171 is from an exhaust leak that I do have which will be fixed in a day or so but the P0200 I didnt get untill tonight. Any guesses? Thanks for the help!

 

that code might go away when you fix the exhaust leak. if your 02 sensors pick up false readings it can throw everything out of whack. did you tune out the rear 02 sensors since you deleted the cats?
