Nelson Tune egr Probs??

I just got a nelson tune and i had the egr deleted. Now i have an insufficient egr flow ses code. Do i need to unplug the egr since its supposedly deleted or contact Jonathan and get another tune??? Please help.

if the EGR is still there but the computer thinks it is deleted I dont know maybe I read your post wrong. I would assume if you had it deleted it should not be on your engine?
I took all mine off and had Allen Nelson delete it and have not had any issues...
but like V8 above said it sounds like it is still on check with allen, he knows what he did on all the tunes.

i had a code when i first got a tune (not nelsons).. and it was for the egr and i just unplugged it and it went away.. but i had to reset the pcm after that. I just turned the key on, pull the two ecm fuses, turned the key off.... waited a minute, turned the key back on and than replaced the two fuses and it reset the codes and it never came back. Shortly after i actually took the egr off and blocked off the intake and exhaust manifolds.

For the insufficient egr flow code just zeroing out the egr airflow table will knock that out, there are egr codes in two different places though, he probably just forgot to make it down to the second half and turn those off. It happens. Just send him a message and he will shoot you another pcm.
