Question Need help! Wiring Engine harness... SWAP

Well i wanted to know if theres someone here that knows about engine harness

The swap consists of a 99 Yukon..Obs..
We going to swap in a 2009 5.3 complete with a 6l80e transmission
dont know if some one has done it before.. we have everything installed
engine turns on fine.. we already made the original guages work too with the engine..

Problem:: How do we make the throttle body work? I Spoke to a harness guy from a site cant remember from top of my head.. but he says its almost impossible to make the throttle body work with the pedal he said 09s dont have a computer for the pedal

What do i need to make it work.. Pedal? and what else where in the harness does the pedal connect to if it dont have a separate computer for the pedal??
Thanks hopefully i can get an answer.. dont know if the guy wanted for me to buy him a harness or just that this hasnt been done before....
Or pointers to who i can talk to about this.. Thanks

I take it's an electronic throttle? Why not swap it to a drive by wire?
