is it only for a few seconds when you first start it up? I have this exact same issue and it's very an issue with your VE and Spark Tables being messed up.
On cold startup my rpms will jump to about 900 and on warm ones the rpms fall as low as 100 before it almost stalls then finally finds idle.
I have it now to where it won't die no matter what, it just takes a couple seconds.

Mine does the same thing on cold and hot starts RandomHero.. Ive got mine figured out except that it wont idle below 1000 rpm when i left off the gas on decel.. so if im doing 25 and let of the gas my truck wont slow down just keeps going lol..

I copied my 1200rpm cells across the horizontal and pasted them into my 800rpm and 400rpm. So the PCM doesn't have a chance to calculate anything, once it gets below 1200 it just sticks with those numbers. My idle is set at 700 and it doesn't dip below that. I used to have the same issue with reving or coming to a rolling stop. It would surge and die.

Sorry guys I did get back to you sooner I was out of town. Attched is my current tune.No logs yet just got my wide band in a few days ago. Here is what has been done to the truck. Pacesetter LTs, ORY.no dam kittys, K&n air filter, comp cams 220/224-112 comp 7.4 tech push rods.
dc_justin.. Have you adjusted your idle spark tables?
I think that was done when I had the first cam tuned. I have done nothing to the tune but add some to the desired air flow and adjusted the idle In park and drive a little

Dc Justin will probably give you much better help but I made 1 change. I took B0101 and bumped all the cells in the 400/800/1200rpm up by 25%. See if it helps at all. Even with that bump they are still a little lower than my settings.
