Put the supercharger on 6 months ago and I put a new alternator in 3 months ago. And its going bad again. Any suggestions.

What is going bad with the alternator? The only thing the blower has to do with the alternator is depending on the belt setup and tension it can put extra stress on the alternator bearings but they are basically irrelevant to each other.

I'm not sure just drove to work this morning and all dash lights came on and battery was dead

If anything you may have gotten a defective alternator, you may want to load test your battery also to make sure it's still good.
