Brown(solid) and Purple should also be a pair. Normally open I believe.

I hooked the factory switch to a circuit tester that ran all circuits at once and purple and brown never closed a circuit together. They may work together down stream or at the bcm, but not inside the switch.

Looks like 441 actually feeds 420 via the brake switch(normally closed).

I wired the micro switches up so they work in the same manor as the factory switch, so if that circuit connects later down stream, then it should still be functioning as normal.

After looking again, it's the same circuit as the brake pedal for the cruise interrupt.

Just as an update over here my motor blew up so I am having the motor rebuilt. I also sourced a nv4500 for the truck since my 60E had 210K miles on it. It was already out of the truck anyways. If I can confirm any info I will post it up.

I ended up solving the issue, and like most people, I never updated the post with what the solution was.

I installed 3 micro switches, and wired them the same as the three legs of the factory clutch safety switch. The issue I was having that was making me scratch my head, was that it did not allow the truck to crank, and it turned out to be the green connector that plugs in to the junction box at the bottom of the firewall near the floor. It was loose, and not clicked in. I plugged that in, and POOF all worked awesome. I drove the truck all summer, and not one issue with it!

Did you ever get your cruise control fixed? I am thinking the truck wont crank unless it think it is in P N and cruise control probably wont work unless the truck thinks it is in gear.

My truck is a stripper model, No cruise. But if it did have it, it would work.
